  Good prices, good cars, generally very good service... Until something goes wrong. Dead battery, zero help. The answer was "did you purchase our road hazzard" answer "no, I simply rented the car from you as I have monthly for many months. It's your car and it doesn't work, can you bring me a car I have an appointment in 2 hours" answer "no, you'll need to get the car to us"
  
  I could have lived with... Yes but there will be a $50 charge, but we'll get you on your way. But a "No". Is simply a low level of client service without care.

  Do not park here if Time is of the essence. Leaving my car here was not a good idea. Under staffed. Running two separate business models from the same lot. They do not have the people capacity to be efficient. I recommend splitting the lot in half so one side can focus on rentals and the other side focus long term airport parking. Staffing is obviously an issue. I have been here for 35 min. And the focus is on the rental car folks first. My vehicle should have been waiting for me as I called ahead. Stored my keys in a buckets of a 100 other keys and could not Find them. Total time 50 min. I am more than happy to provide a better market feedback analysis. I’m not trying to complain but I’m just never going to park there again.
