  Thought I’d save some money on a cheaper rental, shuttle was good... upon arrival informed only accept credit cards, no debit... no big deal... then informed they wanted to hold $500 on my $194 rental... nope!!
  
  Got back on shuttle to airport, went to another rental agency and paid the extra $50 to just have the actual rental amount charged and not an extra hold.
  
  Would like to say this was my first and last time renting here but I didn’t even give it a first.
