  Pure scammers. My credit card was charged a penalty of more than $50 by the company for eighty cent toll which I did not know about. I was all ready for it and did not miss a single toll and I’m big enough at least to notice if I pass through a toll gate even if I missed a sign. This is PURE SCAM And the company was not able to send me evidence when I ask for a bill from the toll company because they do this to make up for their short inventory. And they keep putting me on hold and hide after they find out I’m about asking for evidence So once you give your card things are out of hand. 50 bucks is not big deal but at least I can save others who didn’t go there yet.
  
  And the shuttle service was the longest wait ever.

  I made a reservation thru their website, and within ten minutes of calling them on the phone, I cancelled the reservation. Read everyone else's review for various reasons not to rent from here, but my issue - the open ended ticket I had would have resulted in me being refused a car and stranded at ORD
