  I parked here recently for a business trip. I found it more convenient than the hotels ( just drop your car off) and cheaper. Based on my experience it's important to note if you want the full "day" of parking you need to book for the span of your parking reservation, not your intended arrival time. This isn't like a hotel where as long as you arrive by the end of the day you won't be charged for additional time. Otherwise if anything happens to your flight you would be considered late, even if you didn't use the entire day. I had an issue at the end of my reservation, but after talking to the manager I'm not going to let the actions of one individual ruin the reputation of a customer-focused business like parking. The manager went out of his way to make things right, listened to me and explained how their reservation system works. He listened to my concerns and made it clear that what happened was far from ordinary and it wouldn't have been an issue. I really liked the ability to notify the garage that you had arrived. My shuttle driver was waiting for me at the bus and shuttle center, and my car was waiting at the garage.

  Absolutely love this Place! Upon arrival I was greeted by a very happy valet and was swiftly checked in, I only waited about 2 short minutes after I was greeted by a shuttle driver ready to take me to the airport. It took about 6 minutes to the airport and I was dropped off right in front of my terminal. On the way back we clicked a link that was sent via text and I was greeted by a shuttle driver at the bus and shuttle center as I arrived. Finding the shuttle center was very easy as we were directed by the instructions on the claim ticket and text message that we were given by the valet upon check in. The shuttle got us quickly back to the facility were I seen my vehicle pulled up and ready for me to head out in the garage. I unloaded off the shuttle and checked out with the front desk clerk. Overall the whole process could not have been any easier and swift!!!! As a woman traveling alone I Thank you guys and I will be returning!
