  The hotel as a whole was nice. Very clean. But the queen bed I was on had a sort of rift in the middle when 2 people were present. Otherwise though a very nice hotel. Location right next to ohare was very convenient. And the people working the front desk were very nice and helpful.

  The hotel workers were all friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for those wanting to fly out, as Park and Jet is next door and allows you to leave your car in a secure lot (for a fee) and provides free shuttle service to and from the O'Hare. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite staying across the hall from an elevator, we didn't hear a sound over the hum of our air conditioner.
